Staff are very helpful, some will go the extra mile to be friendly with you and they always serve you as efficiently as they can. Price-wise, Waterstones sells their books at normal retail price, so you'll pay a lot - however they have a really good range and everything comes brand new.

Good local bookstore with helpful staff.
